Coronet Cheltenham Gag Snaffle Bit



The gag bit gives precise action to your horse's balance. It obliges the horse to lift his whole front end, therefore putting his weight on his back end. It is generally used on a heavy horse that places much of his weight on his shoulders. Special cheek straps are used, made of either leather or nylon. (These are not included with this bit.)
