Care
Instructions: Be sure to dry completely before using on the grill or in
the oven. Heat gradually, as trapped water may expand from heat and
cause plate to burst. Scrub with mild abrasive brush, pat dry and allow
at least 24 hours before your next use. Do not immerse in water or use
under the broiler.
